Hawzah News Agency- Hujjat al-Islam Mohammad Baqer Valdan, Cultural Deputy of Jamkaran Mosque, announced the programs for the first ten days of the month of Muharram.

The Cultural Deputy of the Holy Mosque of Jamkaran announced that al-Nahiya al-Muqaddasa supplication is the basis of mourning in this holy place, and added,” In the first decade of Muharram, after the noon and evening prayers, there will be a speech and mourning ceremony, and the mourning of these days about the hardships of Imam Hussein (PBUH) will be special.”

He stated that the ceremony of Hosseini's infants will be held this year on the first Friday of Muharram Month with a more comprehensive view and in a special way in Karbala's Shabestan, and noted that on the day of Hosseini Ashura, a large gathering of Hosseini mourners will be held in this holy place, and the evening of Ashura, Supplication of al-Nahiya al-Muqaddasa will be recited.

Muharram is the first month of the Islamic calendar. It is one of the four sacred months of the year when warfare is banned. It precedes the month of Safar. The tenth of Muharram is known as Ashura, an important day of commemoration in Islam.
