Pakistan government expressed concern about the increase in tension in the Middle East region amid Iran's crushing attacks on occupied Palestine.

Hawzah News Agency- the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan in a statement announced that the April 1 attacks on the Iranian consulate in Syrian capital of Damascus were the prelude to a major tension in the region, noting that Iran's attack on Israel shows the failure of diplomatic talks and proves that the United Nations and the Security Council also are not able to maintain international peace and security.

Emphasizing that there is an urgent need to stabilize the situation and restore peace, the ministry added,” We demand maximum restraint from both sides and we ask them to move towards reducing tension.”

In response to the Israeli terrorist attack on Iran's consulate building in Syria on April 1, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps attacked targets in occupied Palestine with dozens of drones and missiles early on Sunday.

The Israeli regime attacked Iran's consulate in the Syrian capital of Damascus on April 1. The Israeli aggression led to the destruction of the entire building and the martyrdom and injury of the entire people inside it.

Seven of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) military advisors were martyred following the Israeli attack on Iran's consulate in Damascus.
