Ayatollah Seyyed Mujtaba Hosseini continued by referring to the "True Promise" operation that the Islamic Republic of Iran carried out against the Zionist regime and noted that policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran has always been not to wage any war and to maintain good relations with all countries except the United States and the Zionist regime because, according to Late Imam Khomeini, the interaction with America is like the companionship of a sheep with a wolf, and the Zionist regime is also a usurping regime that emerged because of killing Muslims, humiliating them and looting their property.
