Hawzah News Agency- On the occasion of the 36th anniversary of the Mersad operation, the Islamic Resistance Documentation Center of Iraq and the General Directorate of Documenting of the Popular Mobilization Forces organized a ceremony commemorating the martyrs of the epic Mersad operation and the international martyrs during the Holy Defense, especially the only European martyr of this war, Martyr Kamal Kursel.

According to this report, in this ceremony, which was attended by the families of the martyrs and their comrades, the brother of martyr Kamal Kursel introduced parts of the life of this noble martyr in Tunisia, France and Iran.

In another part of this ceremony, Seyyed Abu Hassan al-Muthani, a comrade of the martyr, gave a speech about the role of the Badr Corps and other international fighters during the Holy Defense period.

It should be noted that at the end of this ceremony, the unveiling ceremony of the book “Stations of a Passenger”, the autobiography written by the martyr Raji Abdul Hossein Al-Ameri with the Jihadi nickname of Abu Montazer al-Nasari, was held in the presence of the translator of the book, Seyyed Humam Mousavi, and Abu Hassan al-Muthani, a comrade of the martyr.

It is worth mentioning that the Badr Corps offered 108 martyrs to Islam in the victorious operation Mersad.
