Hawzah News Agency- the Governor of Karbala Nasif Jassim al-Khatabi discussed with Iran’s Minister of Interior Ahmad Vahidi about the mechanism of cooperation for the entry of Iranian pilgrims in the Arbaeen pilgrimage.

Nasif Jassim al-Khattabi, the Governor of Karbala, in the presence of Thaer Al-Taee, the head of the security committee in the Governor's Council, and senior security officials, welcomed the Islamic Republic’s Minister of Interior, Ahmed Vahidi, and his accompanying delegation, consisting of the Consul General of Iran in Karbala, and officials of the Ministry of Interior.

In this meeting, the cooperation mechanisms of the two sides were discussed, especially in the context of the arrival of Iranian pilgrims to Karbala during the Arbaeen Walk.

The Minister of Interior of Iran appreciated the Karbala Governorate for the great services it provides to pilgrims, including Iranian pilgrims.
