It is necessary, Hujjat al-Islam Safi Golpayegani stated, to dedicate one of the fields of jurisprudence and religious sciences to the issue of Ghadir, and Ghadirology and the field of Nahj al-Balagha should be welcomed by seminary students.

Hawzah News Agency- In a meeting with a group of Ghadir missionaries, which took place in the auspicious decade of Wilayah, Hujjat al-Islam Mohammad Hassan Safi Golpayegani emphasized the promotion of Ghadir culture and said: "The first propagator of Ghadir and the first propagator of the Wilayah of Imam Ali (PBUH) is the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).”

The Qom Seminary professor continued, "God Almighty, in verse يَا أَيُّهَا الرَّسُولُ بَلِّغْ مَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِنْ رَبِّكَ ۖ , addressed His Messenger to convey to the people what He had revealed and sent to him. If you do not carry out this propagation, your original prophetic mission will not be complete.”

Hardships Endured by Previous Scholars to Propagate Ghadir Mission

In another part of his speech, the seminary professor thanked those who have made efforts to spread the message of Ghadir and emphasized the importance of seminary students promoting Ghadir culture, noting, “What efforts and hardships Allameh Amini endured to write the Nobel book of al-Ghadir!”

“The efforts of scholars in the past and even today to promote Ghadir and the Wilayah of Imam Ali have been met with enemies’ opposition, and many scholars have been martyred in the cause of Wilayah, as mentioned in the book "The Martyrs in the Path of Virtue" by the late Allameh Amini (may God bless his soul),” Hujjat al-Islam Mohammad Hassan Safi.

It is necessary, he stated, to dedicate one of the fields of jurisprudence and religious sciences to the issue of Ghadir, and Ghadirology and the field of Nahj al-Balagha should be welcomed by seminary students.

Books such as Al-Ghadir by the late Allamah Amini and Abaqat by the late Mir Hamed Hossein, which are oceans of Alawi knowledge, should be taught in the seminaries. In case this is done, then we have fulfilled the true mission of the seminaries.
