Serving Pilgrims Is Serving Oneself

The Custodian of Lady Masuma Holy Shrine considered service to the pilgrims as service to oneself and said,” Every human being loves himself more than anything else, and service to pilgrims is an expense and burden of comfort and peace in the hereafter, and brings him closer to Lady Masuma Shrine and Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT).”

Hawzah News Agency- The Custodian of Lady Masuma Holy Shrine Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Saeedi said today in the meeting of the managers of Lady Masuma Shrine, which was held in the Mihrab hall of the of this sacred shrine,” Honoring pilgrims is both the duty and the strategic policy of the holy shrine of Lady Masuma.”

Stating that the pilgrims are actually invited by God and Ahl al-Bayt, the Ayatollah said, "If we step into this good cause and divine path, the door of God's mercy will be opened and dear people and benefactors will come to this wide divine feast."

He further added, “People who visit Qom and look at the dome and the shrine feel safe and expect to be honored, you service workers are actually cooling the burning fire of the Day of Judgment on yourselves with the blessing of these services, because serving the pilgrims is considered as worship if it is done with good intentions.”
