Hawzah News Agency- the fifth meeting of the series called " Studies and Observation of International Issues" with the theme of Latin America was held on Tuesday, August 1 by the General Office of the International Office of Jamiat Al-Zahra Seminary in the meeting hall of the management office of this seminary scientific institution in Qom.

In this meeting, Hujjat al-Islam Mohammad Hamed, Director General of the International Office, pointed out the special position of Jamiat Al-Zahra Seminary in the international arena since its establishment until now and stated, "Al-Zahra Seminary, since its establishment in 1985, has been ahead of the international level and It has been supported by the leaders of Islamic revolution; this issue stresses the duty of managers and officials of the institute.”

Referring to the interest of Jamiat Al-Zahra management in the international affairs, he stated,” One of the goals of holding such meetings is to familiarize with the cultures and requirements of the international field, which is organized by the Department of International Studies and Planning.”

In another part of this meeting, Hujjat al-Islam Mujtaba Hosseininejad, the regional director of Al-Mustafa University in Latin America, who has been actively present in Venezuela for more than seven years, said,” We must seek the future of Islam in the two continents of Africa and Latin America.”

The cleric went on to introduce Latin America, which includes 21 countries, and stated,” Although the term "Latin America" is used for these countries and the entire region, they have various cultural and linguistic differences among them that should be considered in the evaluations.”
