Hawzah News Agency- Following the devastating earthquake in Iran’s city of Khoy in West Azerbaijan province, Top Shia scholar Grand Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Shirazi, while expressing his sympathy with the earthquake victims of Khoy city, advised the officials to provide as much help and relief as possible to the people of the region, and allowed the Muslim believers to use one third of their Shariah funds to help the victims of the incident.
