Hawzah News Agency- Big Apple Bagels is coming to Dearborn Heights.
The location at 22320 Ford Road will be the franchise’s 24th location in Michigan.
Owner operator Jamal Aoun is a businessman who has been a part of the community for many years. He said he is very excited to bring the business to Dearborn Heights in early June 2016.
Unique within the industry, Big Apple Bagels is one of the few restaurant concepts that make its bagels from scratch on the premises daily using high quality ingredients and fresh products.
Additionally, the Dearborn Heights location will include special certified Halal menu items to meet the needs of the neighboring Islamic community.
At first known as a breakfast destination, the business has evolved into a bakery café and deli, offering — in addition to breakfast items — a broad assortment of deli sandwiches, muffins, coffee drinks and smoothies.
Big Apple Bagels also boasts 18 varieties of made-from-scratch bagels and cream cheeses. The local store also will incorporate the SweetDuet brand, which offers a variety of flavors of frozen yogurt.
