Question: A Shia man divorced his Shia wife by Sunni way and after observing Eddah (period during which a divorced woman cannot marry) she married with a Sunni man, what is the woman supposed to do?

The Grand Ayatollah Sistani: the second marriage is void (Batel) and she is the wife of the first man.

    If a shia man has 2 wives and he have kids from both but say to het 2nd wife that he cant give her due rights so his 2nd wife can take divirce from him
