Hawzah News Agency- Sheikh Sayyid Bahauddin Nurbaki, the guide of the Naqshbandi sect in Iranian and Iraqi Kurdistan regions, in the fifth international webinar called’ The Islamic Republic of Iran; Islamic Front for Dignity in Confronting the Zionist Regime’, organized by the Global Assembly of Qademoun, described the Zionist regime as a common enemy of Islam and humanity, and emphasized the need for Islamic solidarity.
Sheikh Nurbaki, referring to the humanitarian crisis in Palestine, said,” The slaughter of children, women, and civilians in Gaza shows that what is happening is a systematic genocide and obvious crime against humanity.”
He stated that the Zionist regime has been built on oppression and occupation since its inception, and added,” This regime has always sought to weaken the Islamic ummah by fomenting religious, ethnic, and political differences, and what is observed today is a continuation of this historical policy to strike at the pride and unity of Muslims.”
He expressed appreciation for the positions of the Islamic Republic of Iran in supporting the Palestinian people, and said,” Despite pressures, sanctions, and continuous threats, the Islamic Republic of Iran has stood by the oppressed Palestinian people, and this courageous stance deserves appreciation and respect.”
Sheikh Nurbaki, emphasizing the need for unity among Muslims, noted,” The dignity of Islam lies in the solidarity and unity of the Islamic ummah, and as long as Muslims are divided, enemies of Islam will exploit these gaps. There is a greater need for unity of words and cooperation among Islamic nations and governments than ever before.”
The guide of the Naqshbandi sect, in conclusion, expressed hope that with the awakening of the Islamic ummah and the strengthening of the resistance front, crimes against the Palestinian people will stop, and said,” With the help of Allah Almighty and the unity of Muslims, the day of Palestine's freedom and the end of oppression and occupation will come soon.”
