Bangladesh’s North South University Hosted Quran Conference and Exhibition

Professor Mokhter Ahmad, Islamic Scholar and Director of the Daffodil Islamic Center at Daffodil International University, said that the Holy Quran is the best example of how a book can transform a person’s life. He explained that the Creator has given us two books—one open and one closed. The open book is the universe, and the closed book is the Holy Quran. When we open and reflect upon this divine book, new doors of knowledge unfold before us.

Hawzah News Agency- Aziz Al Kaiser, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of NSU, said, “The words shared by the scholars today about Islam will remain guiding principles in our lives. These teachings have come to us through Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and we strive to practice them. Here, we have people of different faiths, and North South University prioritizes treating all religions with respect and dignity''.

Professor Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, Vice-Chancellor of NSU, said, “Today, I believe this conference has provided our students with ample knowledge about the life journey of our beloved Prophet. His life teaches us that human beings are not here solely for material pursuits; rather, we are here to share our learnings with others and to be kind, compassionate, and humble. Islam is a religion of tranquility that encourages kindness, humility, and the sharing of our message with others''.
