The Head of the Iranian House of Culture underscored the influential role of cultural institutions in enhancing religious and social ties between Muslims in India and Iran.

Hojatoleslam Sayyed Fayaz Baqir, head of the Mumbai Ulema and Preachers Association, noted that the monthly meetings serve as a platform to review religious, social, and missionary matters. He said the presence of the Supreme Leader’s representative added a spiritual dimension to the program and provided an opportunity to benefit from his guidance.

Despite limited resources, Baqir added, the Association continues to take practical steps to strengthen missionary activities and address intellectual challenges, including organizing religious classes across the city, especially during the holy month of Ramadan.

The session concluded with remarks from Hojatoleslam Kalb Jafar Khan, secretary of the forum, who hosted the event and thanked all participants and guests.
