Hawzah News Agency- Hojatoleslam Hamid Shahriari honored the martyrs of resistance, saying the oppressors of the world have committed genocide in Gaza, dropping bombs many times more powerful than Hiroshima. He stressed that an Islamic-human awakening is emerging and that oppressed nations will ultimately prevail.
Hojatoleslam Mohsen Akhtari explained that the gathering, held at the suggestion of Dr. Ali Akbar Velayati, aimed to propose solutions to break the siege of Gaza. In his message, Dr. Velayati condemned the Zionist regime’s crimes, including targeting children and destroying infrastructure, calling for immediate practical action beyond verbal condemnation.
Other speakers warned of the dangers of the so-called “Deal of the Century,” describing it as a crime against humanity and a tool of global arrogance. They emphasized that disarming Hezbollah or yielding to Zionist expansionism would only endanger regional states.
Hassan Kazemi Qomi, Iran’s former presidential representative for Afghanistan, stressed that the Israeli regime has shattered human boundaries and that silence toward such crimes is treason. He underlined Muslim unity as a vital necessity to confront aggression.
Alami Balkhi, Afghanistan’s former minister of refugee affairs, urged moving from ideas to practical steps in the path of Islamic awakening, while Sheikh Mohammed Hakim Qassem of Palestine proposed coordinated efforts by Muslim states to end the Gaza war, impose embargoes on Israel, and prevent any attempt to disarm Hezbollah.
Sayyed Ali al-Moussawi, representing Hezbollah’s leadership, reaffirmed that the Lebanese resistance remains strong despite external pressures and conspiracies, stressing that “the resistance has not surrendered even a single bullet.”
Participants concluded that defending Palestine and strengthening Islamic unity are urgent imperatives in the face of ongoing crimes of the Israeli regime and global arrogance.
