Hawzah News Agency -In a message, the head of the Twelver Shia Community of Tanzania, Maulana Sheikh Hamed Jalala, congratulated all Muslims in the world, especially the people of Tanzania, on the occasion of the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan 2025.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The Shia Community of Tanzania (T.I.C) congratulates all Muslims, especially the Shiites, and also all the people of Tanzania, on the holy month of Ramadan. A month full of blessings and success. We ask Allah Almighty to lead us to the goals and objectives that He wants in this month.
Since our Christian brothers and sisters often begin their 40-day fasts with the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, we wish them a blessed fast in accordance with their beliefs and faith.
We expect that all the instructions and guidelines that our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has given us, including paying attention to orphans, solving the problems of the needy, the uncared for, and people living in difficult circumstances, will be prioritized in our programs in this blessed month.
For this reason, on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan in the year 2025, we announce our slogan as follows: "The Holy Month of Ramadan; The Month of Serving the People".
May God Almighty grant us success and ability to spend the days of the holy month fasting and its nights in worship and prayer.
