Hawzah News Agency- In a Friday prayer sermon held in Tyre, Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Ali Yassin, head of the Association of Scholars of Tyre has emphasized the need to adhere to Lebanon's sovereignty and unity in a situation where numerous dangers threaten the region. He also reminded that the Zionist-American plan, from evacuating the Gaza Strip to dividing Syria and weakening Lebanon, is aimed at serving the Israeli usurper regime. This issue was raised after the regime failed to achieve its goals despite causing great destruction and martyrdom of many Palestinians.

The Lebanese cleric further noted by pointing out that the continuation of Israeli attacks on Lebanon will not weaken the resistance, rather it will increase the people's support for it, and stated,” The government must take practical steps to ensure Israel's withdrawal from land, air, and sea in accordance with the international agreement.”

Emphasizing that the formation of the government must take into account the presence of all the different political parties of the country because its main task is to unite Lebanon, Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Ali Yassin noted,” If any of the political parties is excluded, the effort to serve the country will fail.”
