Egypt said on Sunday that it has a clear vision for rebuilding the Gaza Strip that will not displace Palestinians from their land.

Hawzah News Agency- Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty, in a joint press conference with Mahamoud Ali Youssouf, the Foreign Minister of Djibouti, in Cairo, stated, "Egypt's efforts regarding Gaza are ongoing and will not stop, especially in implementing the specific requirements of the three-phase ceasefire agreement."

He emphasized that Cairo is committed to facilitating the reconstruction of Gaza without displacing any of its citizens from their land.

Donald Trump's proposal to relocate Palestinians from Gaza to Egypt and Jordan sparked a strong reaction from Cairo and Amman.

Last week, Trump stated that Gaza should be considered a "demolition site" and that its Palestinian residents should be transferred to neighboring countries. However, Egypt and Jordan firmly rejected this proposal.

On Saturday, the foreign ministers of six Arab countries met in Cairo and once again expressed their opposition to the displacement of Palestinians, while reiterating their call for the implementation of a two-state solution.
