Hawzah News Agency- this year, as in previous years, the ceremony of the first decade of Muharram and the mourning of the martyrs will be held by the Al-Ghadir Scientific and Cultural Institute located in the capital city of Abidjan in the Ivory Coast.

Imam Hussain’s Mourning ceremony was held on the third night of the month of Muharram with the participation of a significant number of Shiites of this country as well as Shiites of other countries living in the Ivory Coast, including Lebanon and some African countries.

It should be noted that Ivory Coast is a country located in West Africa with the city of Abidjan as its capital, where about 60% of its people are Muslims.
