Hawzah News Agency- This came during his speech at the graduation ceremony for female students of Pakistani universities, which witnessed the participation of more than 1,000 students, as part of the third day's events of the (Fatima Zahra -peace be upon her- Path to Salvation) festival.
Al-Hasnawi said: The graduation ceremony for university students in Pakistan embodies the vision of the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine in caring for women and enhances their status and role in society
He explained that holding this ceremony is part of the holy shrine's commitment to supporting the educational journey and enhancing the status of Islamic communities in various countries around the world through the sponsorship of scientific and cultural initiatives.
He added that the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine organises two separate annual graduation ceremonies for Iraqi university students, one for female students and the other for male students, in Karbala, with the participation of thousands of students. He pointed out that the last two editions saw the participation of ten female students from Pakistan.
The head of the delegation pointed out that the ceremony reflected a high level of engagement among the participating female students, whose number exceeded one thousand from various cities in Pakistan, showcasing the extent of community interaction with the activities of the holy shrine.
