Hawzah News Agency- Grand Mufti Sheikh Ahmad Qabalan addressed a letter to Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam, saying: "Mr. President, the country is a historical trust, drenched in remains and foundational and sovereign efforts. It does not need new crises. Revenge contradicts national fatherhood. This is a moment for unity, not division. The dignity of the nation is enshrined in the blood and efforts of the fathers of national sovereignty, from its founding to the sacrifices of the last war, which transformed Lebanon into a legendary rock of steadfastness. Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Prime Minister Rafik Hariri are rocks of sovereignty and national pride for the entire region''.
He added: "Lebanon and the Rock of Raouche are proud of Sayyed Hassan and Prime Minister Rafik Hariri. Sayyed Hassan is the martyr of Jerusalem, Lebanon, and the sovereignty of the region, and the greatest sacrifice of international and Arab legal value ever. The law is conscience and loyalty, and there is no greater conscience and loyalty than the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan and Prime Minister Rafik Hariri. The strength of the president lies in the unity of his people and their encounter with giving. The president, the guarantor, carries the rock of solidarity, not the rock of division. What is required is for it to be as great as the rock of national unity, which constitutes the source of Lebanon's authority''.
