Hawzah News Agency- the ceremony to commemorate the 66th anniversary of the passing of the great Marja, the late Shiite scholar, the Grand Ayatollah Boroujerdi (RA), was held in the presence of Grand Ayatollahs Jafar Sobhani and Abdullah Javadi Amoli; The keynote speaker of the event was Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Hussein Ansarian, in the mosque the Late Ayatollah Boroujerdi himself founded, the Grand Mosque of Qom, adjacent to the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Fatima Masoumeh (PBUH), while his students wept in mourning for their master.

The ceremony was attended by the head and some members of the Qom Seminary Teachers' Society, several members of the Assembly of Leadership Experts, the Secretary of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, members and officials of the Supreme Council of Seminaries, representatives of the great religious authorities, the governor and provincial officials of Qom, officials of seminary institutions, students, and various segments of the public.
