Hawzah News Agency- Navi Pillay, Chair of the United Nations Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, in an interview with Politico, said, "Trump is woefully ignorant of international law and the law of occupation. Forcible displacement of an occupied group is an international crime and amounts to ethnic cleansing."

This plan has sparked widespread outrage in the region, with Palestinian resistance groups and Arab nations condemning any attempt to forcibly displace Palestinians from their homeland.

In this regard, Egypt has called for an emergency summit on February 27 to address this direct threat to Palestinian sovereignty.

Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates have also denounced the proposal, emphasizing their rejection of any forced resettlement plan.
