Hawzah News Agency – The Division of Al-Kafeel Women’s Religious Schools of the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine concluded this Saturday evening the activities of the eleventh edition of its Girls' Scout Camp "Rayaheen al-Muthanna" course, in which 96 female university students from Al-Muthanna governorate participated.
The division official, Ms. Bushra al-Kinani, told Al-Kafeel Network, "The eleventh edition came after a hiatus of about two years to the conclusion of the last edition of the camp, and with the grace of God Almighty and the blessings of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), we were able to organize a program that carried a variety of activities that have (religious - cultural - guidance - awareness - intellectual - scientific - general) axes, as well as competitions, talent discovery and entertainment tours, in addition to tours on a number of projects of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine."
She added, "The program was held according to a plan that was set in advance. And the camp was concluded with various activities hosted by the as-Siddiqah at-Taherah Center (peace be upon her) for women's activities of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, including a lecture entitled (electronic extortion) presented by Professor Hassan al-Judhayli, in which he spoke about many topics on this important topic, followed by an artistic event on wood painting to discover the skills of participants in this art in addition to teaching it to them."
Al-Kinani continued, "The events continued with the evening program, to begin with an ethical lecture with psychological dimensions presented by Mrs. Rafaa al-Hakim, after which an intellectual competition was held, so that the conclusion was held by holding a chanting and poetic session, chanting the holy birth of the great month of Sha'ban. This was followed by honoring the distinguished participants in this camp, as well as the sisters, coordinators and lecturers, who contributed to the success of the camp."
It is noteworthy that the camp is one of the activities of the Al-Kafeel Women’s Religious Schools Division, and aims to develop the capabilities of university students and develop their scientific, personal and social skills, by providing many lectures and training workshops, and building their personality and developing it culturally and religiously.
