Hawzah News Agency- Speaking during a class on advanced Islamic jurisprudence in Arak on Tuesday, Ayatollah Dori Najafabadi marked the solemn days commemorating the passing of Prophet Mohammad, the martyrdom of Imam Hassan Mojtaba, and Imam Reza (PBUT). He praised the efforts of those serving pilgrims to the shrines of the Prophet’s household, as well as the combatants on the front of resistance, describing them as a source of pride for the Islamic system.
The senior cleric hailed the sacrifices of martyrs, war veterans, and the disabled, describing the Iranian people as a nation that nurtures martyrs, shaped by the school of Ashura. "Great summits lie ahead of us, and greater conquests await. The path of the martyrs must be followed," he stressed.
Ayatollah Dori Najafabadi also congratulated on the recent appointments made by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces to top military posts, thanking the Leader of the Islamic Revolution for selecting capable and worthy commanders. He said the appointments signal further transformation and growing might within the armed forces.
He went on to express gratitude toward all branches of the armed forces — ground, air, and naval units — as well as those manufacturing military equipment and all backers of the resistance.
Pointing to the necessity of resolutely confronting the United States, Ayatollah Dori Najafabadi described the country’s current situation as neither war nor peace. He stressed that with strong determination and national unity, the United States must be driven out of West Asia for good.
The senior cleric called on the public to stand behind the Islamic establishment and the guardianship of the Jurist by turning to the Prophet's household, taking part in religious ceremonies, and holding pre-dawn prayers.
In closing, he commended the efforts of media personnel for their accurate reporting and cooperation with various institutions, wishing them health and success.
