"Enemies Will Achieve Nothing": Iranian Cleric Vows Nation Will Defend Values to the Last Breath

Speaking during Friday prayers at the Beit al-Moqaddas Mosalla in Arak, Ayatollah Ghorbanali Dori Najafabadi addressed the crimes of global arrogance against Muslim nations, stating: "The enemies will achieve nothing through these actions. The Iranian nation, with insight and devotion to Wilayah, will defend its religious values to the last breath."

Hawzah News Agency – The representative of the Leader in Iran's Markazi Province says the Iranian nation will defend its religious values to the last breath, stressing that enemy threats will be met with silence through reliance on the school of Imam Hussein (AS).

He said the Iranian people consider martyrdom an honor and blessing, adding: "The threats and pressures of the enemies will not go unanswered. Relying on the school of Imam Hussein (AS), we will march powerfully on the path of truth."

Arbaeen Participation Reflects National Unity

The cleric pointed to the passionate participation of the people during the mourning months of Muharram and Safar, saying the active and sustained presence of the Iranian people in religious and political arenas — particularly during the Arbaeen pilgrimage — demonstrates the depth of faith and national unity that insulates the Islamic establishment against enemy infiltration and conspiracies.

Ayatollah Dori Najafabadi said drawing on divine blessings and adhering to the teachings of the Ahlulbayt (AS) is the key to resolving the country's challenges, adding: "With these spiritual assets, the Iranian nation will foil all plots by domestic and foreign enemies."

Unity: The Greatest Asset Against Zionist and American Plots

He described national unity as the greatest capital in confronting the schemes of the Zionist regime and the United States, saying: "If Islamic countries would form a bond of brotherhood instead of pursuing individualistic and divisive approaches, arrogant powers would never be able to plunder oil resources or impose their military will on the Islamic Ummah."

Pointing to the vast economic and military capacities of the Muslim world, the Friday prayer leader said the passivity and lack of cohesion among certain Islamic governments has allowed enemies to exploit this vacuum and dominate the destiny of Muslim societies.

"Muslims, through faith and unity of word, are capable of creating sustainable deterrence against the crimes of the Zionist regime. This unity is the only way out of political pressures and oppressive sanctions against the Islamic Ummah," he said.

Imam Mahdi's Imamate: A Point of Hope for Humanity

Concluding his sermon, Ayatollah Dori Najafabadi honored Unity Week and offered condolences on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hassan Askari (AS), describing the ninth of Rabi al-Awwal as a blessed day for the Islamic world.

"The commencement of the Imamate of Imam Mahdi (may God hasten his reappearance) is a point of hope for humanity and for all justice-seeking Muslims. These days must be honored through the dissemination of Mahdavi teachings," he said.
