Hawzah News Agency- The qualifying rounds were held from April 17 to 19, 2026, at the premises of the Faculty of Islamic Studies. The event is part of ongoing efforts aimed at serving and promoting the Holy Quran globally, strengthening its presence in the hearts of younger generations, and consolidating Islamic values.
The contests witnessed notable engagement from male and female participants, aged between 12 and 30, including students from Quran memorization circles, Islamic institutes, and schools. The competition aimed to discover Quranic talents, develop their memorization and recitation skills, and refine their Tajweed proficiency.
The competition comprises three main categories: memorization of ten parts (Juz’), five parts, and two parts of the Holy Quran, allowing participants of different levels to showcase their abilities in this Quranic gathering.
The event is scheduled to conclude today, Sunday, with the final rounds and closing ceremony in Pristina, attended by official and community figures, reflecting the significance and importance of this occasion.
The competition comes as part of efforts to serve the Holy Quran and promote it globally, enhance Quranic programs, strengthen the connection of younger generations with the Book of Allah, and reinforce the values of moderation in societies.
