Hawzah News Agency- Quoting the Holy Quran’s command in Surah Anfal to “prepare whatever you can of force” against aggressors, Senator Jafari said the agreement must be directed toward defending the oppressed, especially the Palestinian people, and confronting Zionist aggression in the region.
He stressed, however, that key questions remain regarding the scope of the accord: whether it explicitly commits the two countries to confronting the Zionist regime, whether it can reduce reliance on American bases, and whether it will contribute to building a broader Islamic security alliance to reshape the Middle East.
Senator Jafari underlined that the hopes of Muslims rest on the wisdom of the leaders of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, and the people expect the agreement to promote solidarity rather than division. He expressed confidence that the accord, if properly implemented, could strengthen the resistance front and become a turning point in confronting regional threats.
The senator concluded with prayers for the success of the initiative, emphasizing that unity and collective strength are essential for safeguarding the Islamic Ummah and supporting the cause of Palestine.
