Hawzah News Agency – Hojatoleslam Seyyed Mostafa Tabatabaei, Director of the Scientific Group for Digital Platforms at the Noor Center, has announced the availability of over 190 book titles related to the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (AS) on the NoorLib digital library. He stated that advanced full-text search capabilities and an AI-powered conversation feature with books have made access to Arbaeen resources easier and more precise for researchers and enthusiasts.
Speaking to reporters, Tabatabaei stated that the Noor Digital Library (NoorLib), housing over 106,000 book titles in 147,000 volumes, is one of the most comprehensive digital platforms in the field of Islamic and human sciences. The platform has recently made a collection of over 190 titles related to the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (AS) available to users.
Diverse Topics, From History to Civilization
The director highlighted that the Arbaeen collection on NoorLib encompasses a wide range of subjects, from the historical examination of Arbaeen and research into the first Arbaeen of the Master of Martyrs (AS), to the analysis of the cultural, social, and civilizational capacities of the Arbaeen pilgrimage. Works exploring the status of Arbaeen in Shia culture, the link between Ashura and Arbaeen, and the role of this monumental movement in paving the way for the reappearance of the Imam and Islamic civilization are also accessible in this collection.
Advanced Search and AI-Driven Book Conversations
Tabatabaei explained that users can simply search for the term "Arbaeen" on the NoorLib platform to view a list of related books. A key feature of the platform, he noted, is the ability to search within the full text of books, allowing the user to go beyond titles and specifications to locate specific words or phrases within the content and receive relevant results.
He further revealed that, utilizing artificial intelligence technology, the platform now offers the capability to engage in a conversation with books. This feature enables users to establish a more precise and conceptual connection with the content, freeing them from being limited to keyword searches alone.
