Hawzah News Agency- The procession, organized by Turkish Shiites, is located at pillar 202 on the Najaf–Karbala route and, as in previous years, has become a hub for offering food, rest, and other services to millions of pilgrims participating in the annual Arbaeen walk.
Speaking to the Islamic Radio and Television Union during the Arbaeen period commemorating the Master of Martyrs, Hazrat Aba Abdullah al-Hussein (AS), the volunteer described the spiritual significance of her service.
She called the Arbaeen pilgrimage “an opportunity to renew one’s annual allegiance to the ideals of Imam Hussein (AS),” adding:
“Every year, people renew their allegiance to Imam Hussein (AS) on this path.”
The Turkish volunteer highlighted the pilgrims’ unwavering devotion:
“This love is so great that people make this journey despite enduring the most difficult conditions.”
The presence of both servants and pilgrims from diverse countries, including Turkey, reflects the unity and universal love for Imam Hussein (AS) during the epic of Arbaeen. The event once again demonstrates that love for the Ahlul Bayt (AS) transcends geographical, cultural, and linguistic boundaries.
