Hawzah News Agency- Accompanied by Hujjat al-Islam Al Ayyub, representative of the Supreme Leader’s office in Najaf; Mr. Fajri, head of ideological affairs for the Hashd al-Shaabi; and Mr. Mousavizadeh, director of the International Propaganda Department, the delegation conducted a series of meetings with seminary missionaries and local officials.
The visit was marked by a warm and constructive atmosphere, providing a platform for open dialogue, exchange of experiences, and discussion of challenges faced in the field. The delegation also toured missionary camps to gain first-hand insight into the scope and impact of missionary efforts in the region.
During the meeting, Hojatoleslam Kouhsari underscored the strategic necessity of Islamic unity, stating:
“If Iran had not succeeded in the recent imposed war through effective leadership and management, the next target of Israeli aggression would undoubtedly have been Iraq and other Islamic nations.”
He added that preserving and reinforcing the unity of the Islamic Ummah is not only a religious obligation but a strategic imperative in the face of regional and global challenges.
Hojatoleslam Kouhsari also praised the commitment and efforts of the international missionaries, acknowledging their vital role in spreading Islamic teachings and fostering spiritual resilience across communities.
Following the visit to Samawah, the delegation is set to continue its tour with scheduled stops in the Diwaniyah and Kut axes, where further engagements with regional missionaries are planned.
