Hawzah News Agency- In their official declaration, the scholars emphasized that Muslims worldwide will not remain silent in the face of what they described as "arrogant aggression" against Islamic sanctities and leadership.
“We, the Muslims with zeal and faith, have never remained indifferent to the threats and hostility of the American president and the Zionist regime. We stand with all our hearts in defense of our religious values and the position of guardianship,” the statement read.
Confronting a Global Front of Arrogance
Framing the current global tensions as a continuation of the eternal struggle between truth and falsehood, the scholars accused the United States of leading a campaign of modern enslavement and domination, particularly targeting the Islamic world.
“From Gaza to Lebanon, from Yemen to Iran, this battle is ongoing,” the statement declared. “Today, all disbelief is aligned against all faith, and the enemies of Islam are using not only weapons but also media propaganda to undermine Muslim resistance.”
The association denounced recent remarks made by American officials as part of a broader assault on Islamic values, calling the threats against Ayatollah Khamenei “a red line” for Muslims across the world.
Call for Unity and Resistance
The scholars urged Muslims and oppressed peoples everywhere to unite in the defense of Islamic sanctities, including the Qur'an, the Prophet, and religious leaders. They called on the global Muslim community to respond with strength and conviction.
“Targeting our sanctities and leaders is a provocation against the entire Muslim world. The Muslim Ummah will never accept this, and with faith and determination, we will ensure that the enemies of Islam and the guardianship regret their actions. God willing,” the statement concluded.
The declaration underscores a growing chorus of support for the Supreme Leader from religious and scholarly institutions around the world amid heightened geopolitical tensions and rising criticism of U.S. and Israeli policies in the region.
