Hawzah News Agency – In a strongly worded statement following the latest attack by the Zionist regime, Ayatollah Alireza Arafi, Head of the Islamic Seminaries of Iran, condemned the aggression and emphasized that the Iranian nation will deliver a decisive and unforgettable response.
The full text of his message is as follows:
In the Name of God
The great and courageous nation of Iran, along with the resilient Islamic Republic, remains loyal to its covenant with the valiant martyrs of the resistance. Standing firmly beside the powerful, vigilant, and avenging armed forces, and under the leadership of the Supreme Leader and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Iran is fully committed to defending the independence and dignity of the Islamic homeland and the ideals of the Islamic Revolution. The blood of the martyrs will not be in vain.
At every critical juncture in history, our aware and courageous nation has risen with intelligence, strength, and resolve to protect the integrity of the country and uphold its sacred values. Today is no exception. This is a time for sacrifice, presence, and vigilance. The flames ignited by arrogant and Zionist enemies will be extinguished, and with God's help—He who takes vengeance—Iran’s decisive response will be one they deeply regret.
I extend both congratulations and condolences on the martyrdom of our beloved compatriots—especially the esteemed generals, commanders of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, members of the Armed Forces General Staff, and a number of distinguished scholars. We honor their memory and pledge ourselves once again to the path of jihad and resistance.
The seminaries and the enlightened clergy, in unity with the noble people, brave youth, and the broader axis of resistance, reaffirm their unwavering allegiance to God Almighty, the Awaited Savior, the sacred martyrs, and the leadership of the Islamic Revolution. We stress the necessity of continued resistance and the rightful retaliation against the persistent enmity of the Zionist regime.
We urge all people of faith to participate in the upcoming Friday Prayers of Revenge, as well as the commemorative gatherings for Eid al-Ghadir, and to rally under the banner of the Supreme Leader.
May God assist whomever He wills. He is the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Alireza Arafi
Head of the Islamic Seminaries
