700-Year-Old Exquisite Quranic Manuscripts Displayed at Int’l Quran Exhibition

Dariush Pebdani has stated, “There are more than three thousand manuscripts registered in the private and specialized manuscript museum, the oldest of which dates back about 700 years; the manuscripts presented in this exhibition are from 100 to 700 years old and all belong to Quranic sciences and valuable historical works.

Hawzah News Agency- Dariush Pebdani, founder of Iran’s first private and specialized Quranic manuscripts museum, attended the 20th International Quran Exhibition and displayed a collection of exquisite Quranic works and Quranic sciences. This museum, which operates in cooperation with Dar al-Quran Ahl al-Bayt in Khomeini Shahr, Iran, has put unique works of Islamic history and culture on display for the public.

Dariush Pebdani, in an interview Hawzah News correspondent at the exhibition, expressed his satisfaction with the wide reception of the exhibition by the public, and stated,” The manuscripts presented in this exhibition are from one hundred to 700 years old and all belong to Quranic sciences and valuable historical works.”

He further noted that these works represent a part of Islamic history and civilization, and the attention of visitors to these treasures indicates the public's interest in the valuable Quranic heritage.
