Hawzah News Agency- In an interview with reporters, Hojatoleslam Safar Fallahi stated: "In conjunction with the funeral ceremony of the martyred leader of the Islamic Revolution, scheduled to take place on Tuesday in the holy city of Qom, the sacred threshold of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (Peace Be Upon Her)—like all other service-providing entities—has, out of a profound sense of religious responsibility and duty, deployed its full capacities to host the pilgrims and mourners participating in this historic rite."
The senior director confirmed that all departments of the shrine have been summoned to duty since days prior to ensure uninterrupted, fully-prepared services for the arriving masses.
All Service Units in Full State of Readiness
"Various service sectors of the shrine, including the door keeping units, security and discipline forces, shoe-keeping facilities, welfare services, mobile phone charging stations, and other support units, are on full standby with all their strength. Personnel across these divisions have been organized for the highest possible standard of service delivery," Fallahi elaborated.
Special provisions for the elderly remain active, he added, noting that with the expected heat, adequate welfare amenities will be deployed to ensure that pilgrims can partake in the programs in a calm and spiritual atmosphere.
Accommodation Infrastructure Fully Deployed
The senior director revealed that comprehensive planning has been undertaken for pilgrim accommodation. "The Shabestan of Hazrat Najm Khatoun (Peace Be Upon Her) has been designated for the lodging of female pilgrims," he said.
He added that the balconies of the Shabestan of Imam Reza (PBUH) have been prepared for pilgrim use, while the Kowsar Pilgrim Guesthouse will jointly host guests across both male and female sections.
"The Shabestan of Hazrat Zainab (Peace Be Upon Her) is also fully operational, with two separate sections for men and women, ready to accommodate pilgrims under the guidance of the shrine's servants," Fallahi stated, emphasizing that shrine attendants will provide continuous on-site information regarding lodging locations and the use of welfare facilities to ensure orderly and accessible service delivery.
Amnesty Services Expanded; Pilgrims Urged to Travel Light
Highlighting the activation of amnesty and luggage storage services, the senior director noted: "The amnesty departments of the shrine will be fully operational during these days. To reduce congestion, additional storage offices have been positioned at points closer to the shrine."
However, he issued a direct appeal to attendees: "Despite these provisions, pilgrims are requested to refrain from carrying large bags and bulky items, bringing only essential personal belongings. This will allow service delivery to proceed with greater speed and ease."
A Sacred Threshold Bracing for History
"This entire array of measures has been undertaken with the singular goal of creating suitable conditions for the presence of pilgrims and mourners of the martyred leader of the Islamic Revolution at the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (Peace Be Upon Her)," Fallahi concluded. "The sacred threshold, with all its capacities, stands ready to serve the guests of this profoundly spiritual event."
As Qom prepares to host what is being framed as a funeral of civilizational proportions, the shrine—eternal resting place of the revered sister of Imam Reza (Peace Be Upon Him)—once again assumes its historic role as a sanctuary for a nation in mourning. From the night vigils to the dawn procession, the marble courtyards and golden domes will bear witness as millions raise their hands in prayer and their voices in a single, thunderous pledge: the path of the martyr endures.
