Hawzah News Agency- the Shia source of emulation Grand Ayatollah Hussein Nouri Hamedani has highlighted the special position of the clergy in defending the religion and the Islamic Revolution and confronting backwardness and intellectual isolation in the path of guiding the Islamic nation.

The cleric noted that presence of the clergy in the path of guiding the Islamic society has always played a fundamental and unique role. The Late Imam Khomeini (RA) outlined the main mission of scholars and seminaries in his Charter of the Clergy, advising them to be vigilant, insightful, and strive for the cause of Islam and the revolution.

“The ancient and long-standing seminary of Khorasan Province has been a pioneer in this field, and the scholars present in that noble land have had and continue to have valuable qualities, including fighting against arrogance.” He added.

Finally, the Grand Ayatollah asked Allah Almighty to keep all students and scholars of Islam steadfast on the path of safeguarding religion and revolution.
