Hawzah News Agency- Hezbollah al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement issued a statement congratulating the appointment of Sheikh "Naeem Qasim" as the new Secretary General of Hezbollah. The text of the statement is as follows:

We voice our support for Sheikh Mujahid, who has been entrusted with a blessed mission at an important and decisive stage of Hezbollah's tough battle with the Zionist enemy.

Sheikh Naeem Qasim is considered the best successor for his righteous predecessors; he will follow the path of martyred mujahid commanders "Seyed Abbas Al-Mousavi" and "Seyed Hasan Nasrallah" who passed away.

At this important stage in the life of the honorable Islamic resistance, we pledge our commitment and unlimited support for this holy jihad and we will be faithful to our covenant.
