Hawzah News Agency- Secretary-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon Hujjat al-Islam Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, said in a televised speech that was aired on the 40th day since the martyrdom of President Raisi and his companions in Tehran,” I am talking to you through the Islamic Republic of Iran's National TV; We were by your side from the very first moment and shared your sorrow. On my behalf and behalf of the resistance and the people of Lebanon, as well as the axis of the resistance, I express my sympathy and condolences to the supreme leader of the revolution, the seminaries, and the respected officials of the Islamic Republic, and the noble nation of Iran, and the honorable and noble families of these martyrs.”
Secretary-General of Hezbollah of Lebanon further noted, “We emphasize the importance of turning threats into opportunities. We faced a great tragedy and lost leaders, but threats turned into opportunities, and this gave rise to movement and breathed new life into the resistance front.”
Referring to the assassination of the two great commanders, Martyr Soleimani and Abu Mohandas, he considered it a rise and a new life for the Islamic Revolution of Iran and the resistance and all movements in the region and considered them to be the blessing of the wise management of the leader of Iran.
Referring to the martyrdom of President Raisi, he said,” Alhamdulillah, the nation of Iran became a model for the whole world with its huge participation and the way it dealt with this incident and peace and stability in Iran. The enemies who were lying in wait saw that Iran was stable and united despite all the difficult conditions it was facing. The world witnessed the millions of people who took part in funerals for Martyr Raisi, Amir Abdullahian, and their companions. This huge and widespread presence carried a strong message for friends and enemies.”
“In the world, any similar incident may lead to unrest, worries, and dire consequences in the political, economic, financial, and spiritual sectors, but thanks to the blessings of the wise leadership and the people of Iran, the Islamic Republic of Iran emerged from this incident proudly and presented an advanced model of this establishment which is steadfast in facing all challenges and how it overcomes difficulties and wins and continues its activity on its path. Naturally, now everyone is waiting to analyze the performance of the Iranian nation, which is a reflection of their great presence at the funeral ceremony of Martyr Raisi and his companions. They will show a huge turnout in the presidential elections.” He added.
Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah said: We ask God to make the great nation of Iran, a dedicated mujahid, a fighter, a lover, and a supporter of all the oppressed of the world, succeed in choosing the right candidate and choose the right president to continue in the same way and make these hopes come true. Today, the Islamic Republic does not only determine the path of Iran, but with all sincerity, openness, and transparency, the path and destiny of nations and governments, the future of the region, and the future developments and events of the Islamic Republic of Iran are dependent on it.
The Secretary-General of Hezbollah of Lebanon then expressed his sympathy and condolences again to the Iranian nation in the grief of these great and beloved martyrs, adding,” Your path and tolerance are related to the entire region and all the nations of the region, so the Islamic Republic does not only decide the path and future of the Iranian nation, rather the future of all the nations of the region is a strong fortress against oppressors, colonialists, and domination seekers who have filled our region with oppression, corruption, and aggression. we wish the best for this Islamic country, its leadership, the nation, officials, authorities, and seminaries, and we ask the Almighty God to protect them all.
In the end, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah once again offered his sincere condolences to the families of the martyrs expressed his sympathy with them, and emphasized,” They know very well that these martyrs were brothers, friends, and close to us. We ask Almighty God to bless them with the Messenger of God and their holy family and grant them high ranks alongside the prophets, martyrs, and righteous people.”
