Hawzah News Agency- Dr. Seyyedeh Zohreh Burqaei, president of Jamiat Al-Zahra University, had a meeting with Sheikh Ali Al-Khatib, Deputy Speaker of the Supreme Islamic Shia Council of Lebanon, while announcing his support for the IRGC's response to the terrorist regime of Israel, she said, "Jamiat Al-Zahra University, peace be upon her, was established with the initiative of Late Imam Khomeini (RA) in a situation which inflammation and conflicts of the society were at their peak following the Islamic revolution, and this is a sign of the foresight and insight of the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the influence of women in social and political movements.”

She added,” Examining the views of Imam Musa Sadr also shows that he had such concern and special regard for women.”

A member of the Policy Council of Women Seminaries, pointing out that Jamiat Al-Zahra University, peace be upon her, is an international scientific educational institution especially for women, which has scholars and students from more than 80 countries from around the world, she stated,” Jamiat Al-Zahra University, peace be upon her, includes a significant chain starting from kindergarten to higher seminary and university levels, whose goal is to educate women of the style of Islamic revolution and virtue.”

She continued by pointing out that the Qur'an gives examples of women to introduce models to the believers, which itself has a message, and stated,” Introducing Hazrat Asia and Hazrat Maryam as role models in the Qur'an, who are respected in two religions, Judaism and Christianity, this capacity was created so that we can even discuss the unity of Abrahamic religions.”

At the end, the President of Jamiat Al-Zahra University, peace be upon her, praised the efforts of the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Islamic Shia Council of Lebanon in line with the discourse of unity among Muslims.
