Hawzah News Agency- In line with the development of its international activities, Baqir al-Ulum University (PBUH) has been registered in the RUR (Round University Ranking) international ranking.

The Ranking System (RUR) is an authoritative global ranking system for universities that measures the performance of 1,200 of the world's leading universities from 82 countries with 20 unique indicators in 4 key areas: teaching, research, international diversity and financial sustainability.

In this ranking, Baqir al-Ulum University (PBUH) was ranked 11th among Iranian universities participating in this ranking and 596th among all international universities in this ranking based on the indicators in the ranking. It is worth mentioning that Baqir al-Ulum University (PBUH) has won the most points in the field of education.

Among the advantages of participating in international ranking systems, one can mention providing sufficient information about the performance of universities and providing the basis for attracting international students. Also, being effective in registering international articles of professors and students, obtaining international licenses from transnational institutions and developing scientific and research collaborations with other international scientific centers are among other benefits of this international ranking.

It should be noted that one of the mandatory conditions for obtaining a license for scientific activity in other countries of the world is to obtain a valid position in international rankings.
