Before this, Hujjat al-Islam Taha Hashemi was in charge of this responsibility.
The new ambassador of Iran to the Holy See is a scholar of the Islamic seminary and university, and has served as the president of the University of Islamic Religions; He has also studied at the University of Durham, England. He served as the director of the Research Institute of Proximtation Studies, the responsibility of the Islamic Center of Newcastle and the director of the Urwa Al-Wuthgha International Research Institute can be seen in his records.
