Hawzah News Agency- The professor of Qom seminary Hujjat al-Islam Ali Nazari Monfared said at the commemoration ceremony of Ayatollah Rahimian's demise anniversary held at the Grand Mosque of Qom on Thursday, August 3,” Muslims should take a stand against those who insult the Quran and these people must be tried and punished for their actions.”

The professor of Qom seminary said,” Today, if the verses of the Holy Quran are presented to humanity, the wise people of the world will welcome it, but some people insult the sacredness of this book and hurt the hearts of two billion Muslims who believe that this word is revelation.”

He further added, “This Holy Quran is a book of guidance and light, and Muslims should express their disgust against such inhumane actions; such actions do not harm the Quran since God has said, ‘We preserve the Quran’, and it is our duty to take a stand and confront them. Those who commit such crimes should be tried and punished for their actions.”
