Hawzah News Agency – The merciful prophet of Islam, peace be upon him and his household says:

ثلاثةٌ يُقسِينَ القَلبَ: استِماعُ اللَّهوِ، وطَلَبُ الصَّيدِ، وإتيانُ بابِ السُّلطانِ.

'Three things harden the heart: listening to distracting words of amusement (lahw), hunting, and associating with rulers.'
