Iran's valuable presence in this cultural event has caused joy and improved the quality of this cultural event.

Hawzah News Agency –The pavilion of the Islamic Republic of Iran under the management of the Cultural Attaché and the person in charge of Iran's Cultural House, at the International Book Fair in Peshawar, Pakistan, by displaying literary, scientific and tourist attractions book of Iran, attracted the attention of writers, intellectuals and other visitors.

According to the Public Relations Department of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), the Iranian Cultural House in Peshawar, Has taken part at the three-day international book fair at the Islamic University College of Peshawar with foreign publishers from Turkey and Afghanistan and local publishers.

The opening ceremony of the exhibition with speeches by Senator Mushtaq Ahmad, representative of Jamaat-e-Islami party in the Pakistani Senate, Mehran Eskandarian, person in charge of the Iranian Cultural House, Mohammad Idris, President of Peshawar University, Hosein Khoshi, President of the Persian Department of Peshawar University and a group of professors, University officials and students.

Senator Mushtaq Ahmad, while appreciating the participation of Iran in the Peshawar International Exhibition, said Iran's valuable presence in this cultural event has caused joy and improved the quality of this cultural event.

He said representation of Iranian culture has always been at the forefront of all various activities in the fields of science, culture and art, and therefore we consider it necessary to thank all the tireless efforts of the management of the House of Iranian Culture for the breadth and diversity of their activities in Peshawar.

Mushtaq Ahmad said: "We are grateful to the Islamic Republic of Iran for keeping alive the name of the Oriental poet Allameh Iqbal Lahori.

At the end of the ceremony, special guests visited the booth of the Iranian Cultural House, showcasing literary, scientific, religious books, Iranian celebrities, and tourist attractions and handicrafts.
