Hawzah News Agency- Iraqi Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani has visited Grand Ayatollah Ishaq Fayyad in a hospital in Baghdad to check on his health following a recent illness.

Grand Ayatollah Al-Fayyad is widely respected for his advocacy of moderation, tolerance and national unity. As one of Iraq’s most senior Shia Marja, his guidance and influence remain vital to the country’s religious and social fabric.

Ayatollah Fayyad, a Shia religious leader in Najaf, has been admitted to a Baghdad hospital due to worsening illness.
