Meeting

The head of Iran’s Seminary stated that Iran's support for Muslims, especially the people of Palestine and Gaza, is derived from the emphasis of the Holy Quran and Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT) and the missions and messages of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.

Hawzah News Agency- Head of Iran’s Seminary Ayatollah Alireza Arafi had a meeting with Khalifa Mubarak Al-Zaheri, member of Afta Assembly and President of Muhammad Bin Zayed University of Humanities of the United Arab Emirates in the meeting hall of the Creston Hotel in Kazan. The Emirati cleric in the meeting of scholars of BRICS countries emphasized the importance of religious and cultural relations and the institutions, universities and seminaries of Iran with the religious and Islamic centers of the UAE.

Ayatollah Arafi explained the structure and educational system and educational stages of students and clerics in the Islamic Seminary in different fields of Islamic sciences in the theological fields.

The member of Iran’s Guardian Council further pointed to the issue of Iran's support for Muslims, especially the people of Palestine and Gaza, saying,” This support is based on the doctrine of the Holy Quran and the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT) and the missions and messages of the Islamic Revolution of Iran. The Islamic Republic of Iran has always supported Muslims, especially the oppressed people of Palestine and Gaza and if free elections are held in the occupied territories, the Palestinian issue will be resolved.

In this meeting, Khalifa Mubarak Al-Zaheri, the president of Bin Zayed University of the UAE, while expressing his happiness at the meeting with Ayatollah Arafi and the accompanying delegation, said,” We share many common religious and cultural capacities, and I hope that our religious, cultural and scientific relations will expand.”

In this meeting, Khalifa Mubarak invited Ayatollah Arafi to the UAE to visit the scientific, religious and Islamic centers of this country in order to synergize with the religious and cultural officials of this country.
