Hawzah News Agency- Imam Sadiq (pbuh) said:
مَنْ صَلَّى عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ مِائَةَ حَسَنَةٍ، وَمَنْ قَالَ: صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَهْلِ بَیْتِهِ، كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ أَلْفَ حَسَنَةٍ.
Whoever sends blessings (salawat) upon Muhammad and the progeny of Muhammad, Allah records for them one hundred rewards. And whoever says: 'May Allah send blessings upon Muhammad and the people of his household (Ahlul-Bayt)', Allah records for them one thousand rewards.
