The Fate Will Come — Your Response Is the Test

Hawzah News Agency- Shaykh al-Saduq narrated from his father, from Sa’ed ibn Abdullah, from Ayoob ibn Nooh, from Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr, from Al-Fura that Imam Sadiq (pbuh) said:

مَنْ رَضِيَ الْقَضَاءَ أَتَى عَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ وَهُوَ مَأْجُورٌ، وَمَنْ سَخِطَ الْقَضَاءَ أَتَى عَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ وَأَحْبَطَ اللهُ أَجْرَهُ.

Whoever is content with [divinely] fate — the decree will occur and he will be rewarded. And whoever is displeased with fate — the decree will still occur, but Allah will nullify his reward.
