Hawzah News Agency- Hojatoleslam Ali Saeedi, head of the Political-Ideological Office of the Commander-in-Chief, said Iran demonstrated extraordinary missile and drone capabilities during its confrontation with the US, leaving the world stunned.
Speaking at the 10th Insight Training Course for deputy heads, directors-general, and senior managers of the Foundation for the Preservation of Sacred Defense and Resistance Values at the National Museum of the Islamic Revolution and Sacred Defense in Tehran, Saeedi stressed the importance of promoting the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom.
"Martyrdom is a great honor granted to special individuals whom God Almighty favors," he said.
US Plots Against Iran All Failed
Saeedi pointed to decades of American conspiracies against Iran: "The Americans employed all their plots and tricks against Iran for years but failed. So last year they entered the field themselves to finish the job — but they could not achieve any military success and suffered a heavy defeat."
He noted: "It is the first time that two nuclear-armed countries simultaneously engage in war with Iran, and the first time that Iran directly struck American bases from the UAE to Jordan."
300 Targets Hit Across 15 US Bases
Pointing to the deployment of US warships against Iran and their failure, Saeedi said: "Nearly 300 targets at 15 American military bases were struck by the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran."
He added: "By dominating the Strait of Hormuz, Iran made global arrogance and its allies taste the bitter flavor of sanctions — just as today the impact of closing the Strait of Hormuz is visible on the tables of the people of every country that acted against Iran."
Saeedi stated: "This is the first time Iran has broken the myth of America's and the Zionist regime's invincibility. Today, two strategic straits — Hormuz and Bab al-Mandab — are under the control of the resistance front."
Iranians Defend Their Revolution
The head of the Political-Ideological Office pointed to the Iranian people's massive turnout, stressing: "By taking to the streets, the Iranian nation showed they will defend their revolution and their country."
He outlined the sources of Iran's power: "The ability to enrich uranium at high levels, abundant oil and gas reserves, extraordinary and astonishing defensive power, Iran's strategic depth and its possession of the Strait of Hormuz, the strength of its leadership, and national cohesion — all demonstrate Iran's power."
Missile and Drone Power Stunned the World
Saeedi highlighted Iran's military capability: "Iran possesses extraordinary missile and drone power and demonstrated this well in the war with America — and the world was stunned."
He noted: "Iran's standing on the global stage was clearly proven after the Ramadan War, and world countries will now place special weight on Iran's capabilities."
He continued: "After the Ramadan War, the perception of the US Army and the Zionist regime as powerful militaries changed, and it became clear that their armies have many weaknesses."
US and Israeli Aura of Invincibility Shattered
Saeedi stated: "Today, after the Ramadan War, the view of many Americans and young people toward Israel has changed — the former perception no longer exists. America's authority has collapsed after the Ramadan War, and the previous security order in West Asia has undergone a transformation."
He said: "Following the Ramadan War, Iran's military power was displayed, and today we see that Iran's equipment capabilities have become clear to the world. It also became evident that Iran can defeat the enemy and win wars through asymmetric warfare capabilities."
National Unity Under Leadership Is Paramount
Noting the many lessons from the Ramadan War, Saeedi stressed: "The most important concern is fabricated and false polarization. Everyone must avoid any form of polarization through national cohesion and unity under the leadership's command."
