Hawzah News Agency- Shaykh al-Saduq narrated from his father, from Muhammad ibn Yahya al-Attar, from Sahl ibn Zyad al-Adamy, from Al-Hassan ibn al-Hussein al-Lu’lu’ee, from Muhammad ibn Sin’an, from Zayd Abi Usamah ash-Shaham, from Imam Sadiq (pbuh) that the Holy Prophet (pbuh) said:
The greater the trial, the greater the reward. When Allah loves a servant, He tests him with a great affliction.
Whoever accepts (the trial) with contentment will receive Allah’s pleasure, and whoever resents it will earn His displeasure.
